Astora Posted September 25, 2013 Report Share Posted September 25, 2013 Popio sam za ovih 9 meseci 2 kutije tw ripped fuel sagorevaca i mozda oko 30 tableta coffeina i to je sve. Izbacio sam kafu pre par dana skroz. Znas kako, ja kada popijem to sto imam, pauziram 2 meseca sa suplementacijom pa tih 2 meseca koristim da se izrezem na "suvo" sto vise mogu. Cim dodjem u situaciju da mogu opet uzeti suplementaciju a i kad se procistim ja uzmem. Dosta ljudi ima taj trip dok imaju suplementaciju oni cepaju najjace cim se suplementacija potrosi, intenzitet treniranja im drasticno opadne pa cak i prestanu sa treninzima jer "nemaju volje za treniranjem" .. Meni to nekako dodje na isto, bitna je volja i upornost. Ja sam pre tacno 9 meseci imao 135 kg, sada imam 91 kg. Zahvaljujuci prvenstveno meni a i suplementaciji ja sam se dosta izrezao. Jos mozda 5 kg dole i to bi zaista bilo to sa spustanjem kilaze. Opet kazem, nije mi problem da izbacim skroz sve to i da nastavim sa treninzima bez suplemenata. :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ПУТИН Posted September 25, 2013 Report Share Posted September 25, 2013 (edited) bravo astora! ja sam sa neprirodnih 115 sisao na 91. samo nisam trenirao celo leto, resio sam malo da iskuliram sveto, pa sam se malo opustio, ali nije strasno, vracam se za metar dana u ozbiljnu formu :D u aprilu sam gurnuo 150 kg, iako sam mesecima pre toga radio neku definiciju u kombinaciji sa izdrzljivoscu. ali nikako masa. i cepao sam ozbiljno suplemente. al sam i trenirao kao zverina :D ja takodje nemam problema sa fokusom na suvo i na mokro. Svaka mu cast,ali opet je tesko suditi na osnovu jedne mutne "after" slike na kojoj se vidi 30% tela :/ Ja izuzetno cenim kad neko skine bf% sa 25-30 na 14-15,pa Astora je radio cucanj sa 50 kila svaki put kad je ustajao iz kreveta ili sa stolice. Na to sam mislio :) Ja ne zelim da se rezem do pribliznog nivoa gradje fitnes modela. Bio bih prezadovoljan da drzim kilazu izmedju 85-90 kg konstantno, nista vise. Kada sam krenuo u teretanu, ljudi su mi se smejali sto ne mogu da uradim 1 zgib sa 135 kg tezine... Kada sam drugaru nabacio na njegovih 85 kg jos 50 kg, nije mogao setati a o zgibovima da ne pricam. Radim odvojene particije: Ponedeljak (grudi), utorak (ruke), sreda (ledja), cetvrtak (ramena), petak (noge) - subota i nedelja slobodni dani s tim sto svake druge subote radim bez tegova sa sopstvenom kilazom (zgibovi, sklekovi, cucnjevi, propadanja). Primetio sam da od kako sam ga poceo piti (prvi put pre par meseci) imao sam nenormalan apetit ali sam se uspeo kontrolisati za stolom. Kupim ponovo jutros i jedva uspevam da se obuzdam.
