nikita_ Posted June 17, 2011 Author Report Share Posted June 17, 2011 (edited) Ja sam radio 120 iz cucnja 3 puta. Al sam oladio zadnjih par meseci, sad radim po 2 serije sa 15 i vise ponavljanja. alfa Posted June 19, 2011 Report Share Posted June 19, 2011 Ja samo da odgovorim na one tomkeusove silne studije o kreatinu :) Imao sam eksperiment sa kreatinom (tacnije kreatin+protein) na sopstvenom telu i ne bih se slozio da je razlika mala, beznacajna. Moram napomenuti da je ishrana, nacin vezbanja pa i odmor bio gotovo isti pre i posle uzimanja kao i to da sam uzimao kreatin samo danima kad treniram (5g pre/5g posle sa dekstrozom), a trenirao sam "na suvo" godinu i po, dve. Rezultati, iznenadio sam se iskreno koliko su bili dobri. Mrzi me sada da nabrajam povecanje kod svih vezbi posebno, ali evo pomenucu benc pres (posto je to svima merilo snage :D ), pre sam najjacu seriju dizao 100kg, mozda 2-3 puta, posle mesec dana 10ak ponavljanja sa istom kilazom. Kod kreatina, sto sam ja licno najvise osetio, nije to sto ti da neku snagu pa da ti jednostavno od toga dizes vecu kilazu. Meni je davao izdrzljivost, da mogu ceo trening, svaku vezbu maksimalno da opteretim, a samim tim kad jace radis, sam i ti jacas logicno :D Kad sam prestao da koristim kreatin, nije mi se desilo ono izduvavanje sto svi kazu (posle jeste, ali ne zbog toga sto sam prestao da uzimam kreatin, nego zato sto sam se ulenjio i nisam trenirao :>), mada sam ja imao dobru ishranu. naravno, ponavljam jos jednom, svi suplementi su samo dodaci ishrani i oni su tu da te poguraju malo, 70-80% posla je dobra ishrana, trening i odmor! evo, ja samo da podelim svoje licno iskustvo sa kreatinom (kreatin u prahu, ne u kapsulama), a tomkeuse, molim te i dalje nas hrani onim zanimljivim tekstovima (nije trol :D ), da mogu dao bih ti plus na svaki post!
