Prema rečima Gorana Vesića, zamenika gradonačelnika Beograda, nova zona će biti samo za parkiranje u trajanju do pola sata, dok će u svim drugim zonama, građani moći da, uz plaćanje dodatnog sata, produže parkiranje. Doduše možda za taj D1 idu neka druga pravila. tu je činjenica da samo jedna auto škola iz bečeja vrši obuku za D1 zapravo najmanji problem.
