Pogledaš jedan rad, drugi rad. Pogledaš reference i na kraju nađeš ono što ti treba. Instant dobre informacije ne postoje. Ako uzmemo za primer naseg "najpoznatijeg" nutricionistu, bar u medijima, dr. feelgood-a, on ima zavrsen medicinski fakultet i specijalizaciju iz anesteziologije, tako da covek definitivno poznaje ljudski organizam i "zna znanje". E sad, na nesrecu, imao sam prilike da ga slusam dosta puta, posto smo jedno vreme trenirali u istoj teretani, covek je u stanju da naprica epsku kolicinu gluposti za vrlo kratak vremenski period, sto ce opet reci da nije sve u diplomama. Drugog nutricionistu koga znam je jedna od mojih profesora sa fakulteta, specijalizacija iz interne i subspecijalizacija iz endokrinologije. Jedna tura tog sranja nije nista strasno. Problem je kad mamlazima ni to nije dosta, pa u isto vreme krenu i sa dekom, vinstrolom, katerima, pickama materinama. Za vreme dok sam ja isao u tesu, dolazio je lik koji je bio na svemu tome, u duploj dozi fazon... ono je bilo omfg. Aj dobro sto se uradio, nista mu to nije trajalo, nego sto je vonjao na apoteku na 10 metara fazon, pa se onda raspao od bubuljica svuda po telu. Katastrasno. Tamo su sve sami hemicari bili. Tako da iz posrednog i neposrednog iskustva cenim da je naposim najmanje i najslabije govno, a i dalje radi posao. Treniram malo sklekovi trbusnjaci etc i vozim bajs 3-4 nedeljno sve ukupnoa ako stignem. Problem je, bar ja mislim, sto previse gubim kilograme...srozao sam se sa 96 na 85 za tih 50 dana. Hleb sam izbacio skroz, i sve sto jedem je kuvano u 4-5 malih obroka dnevno sa nekim vocem izmedju. Da li treba da vratim helba ili da povecam kolicinu recimo mesa ili piricna, mahunarki etc? Upravo tako, blagodarim . Sretao sam stvarno razne ljude, a josh gore vidjao sam po TV-u razne ljude koji se predstavljaju kao nutricionisti.
