Posle 2,3 nedelje trčanja nisam mogao da se oslonim na nogu koliko me je bolela. Vežbe i istezanje tog mišića uz cevanicu i lista pre i posle trčanja, kao i kad god ti padne na pamet će ti pomoći mnogo više. Probaj dok sediš, da podigneš prednji deo stopala što više možeš, dok ti je peta na patosu. Uradi tako po 30ak puta sa obe noge kad god se setiš. Isto to uradi samo neka ti prednji deo stopala bude na zemlji, a podiži petu. Radi ovo kad god se setiš, pogotovo pre i posle trčanja. Hodaj po minut, dva na prstima i na petama po kući par puta dnevno. Ako imas foam roaler, valjaj cevanice po njemu. Guest Posted May 26, 2015 Report Share Posted May 26, 2015 bio sam poluozbiljan pošto valjda do sada i vrapci na ovom topiku znaju moje mišljenje o kardiju kardio je loš za ono što 90% nas hoće, a to je da ne budemo debele svinje i da imamo dovoljno kondicije za RL (gde niko od nas nije fizički radnik već hoćemo da se popnemo na peti sprat kad nam se pokvari lift a da pritom ne ispustimo dušu). za to treba dizati tegove, a ako nam je baš do kardija, onda HIIT (ili samo diži tegove brže :D) a trčanje je loše jer je prelako sjebati skočne zglobove, kolena, kičmu... Cela Posted June 29, 2015 Report Share Posted June 29, 2015 Ne idem na krosfit vec jedno 2 nedelje, i tamo do 10 avgusta necu ici na krosfit, u medjuvremenu se useravam od dizanja tegova na banjici, kako je ovo lepo jebote :D Nemam neki plan,imam neke osnovne vezbe koje planiram da uradim za jedan dan i onda posle radim sta mi padne na pamet bukvalno. Jedan dan radim cucnjeve i nabacaj kao konj, drugi dan vrtim plocu, treci dan mrtvo trzaj i iskorake, cetvrti plocu, i peti dan se sprdam sa prednjim cucnjem izbacajem i benchom, prosto uzivam u teretani, svaki trening mi traje po 2 sata Quote When the going gets tough, the tough get going Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
