Lucky Posted April 6, 2015 Report Share Posted April 6, 2015 Ja ne mogu ni da zamislim kako izgleda kada podižeš 270 kilograma - bez obzira na količinu mišića, to su iste kosti i isti "čovek", nekako ne mogu da skapiram "osećaj". Ja imam utisak kad već preko 100-110kg radim da mi kolena plaču i postajem niži za 1cm svaki put :)) a ovo je skoro pa tri puta više od toga. Dende Posted April 6, 2015 Report Share Posted April 6, 2015 (edited) Ja sam najvise u zivotu radio sa 190 tri ponavljanja,apsolutne keceve nisam radio.Prosli ponedeljak sam radio sa 170 pet serija po pet ponavljanja.Verovatno mogu jos malo vise,mozda sa 200 trojke,ali ne vise od toga.E onda dodas jos skoro cetiri ploce od 20kg i dobijes ovog lika,a to cak i nije neka brojka za profi olimpijca ili powerliftera :D impozantno je zbog godina,sa 19 godina ja nisam mogao ni 60kg da stavim na ledja. traktori Posted April 12, 2015 Report Share Posted April 12, 2015 8 i 21 što kažu ljudi nikako nije isto. Tokom priprema sam trčao 21, 25, 18... I onda me u NS na polumaratonu hvatala suluda kriza oko 12og, 18og i 20og km. Sve u svemu, polumaraton je ozbiljna priča za koju se treba spremati najmanje mesec dana (ako si već u nekom treningu). Pesma-mrtve-dece Posted April 12, 2015 Report Share Posted April 12, 2015 Pre 3 dana otisao u teretanu, uradio sam kruzni trening i to sa kilazama s kojima sam se pre zagrevao. Ali nekako sam uspeo da se preforsiram (valjda od dugog netreniranja). Elem, imam sad i dalje zversku upalu imsica, a jutros sam se probudio sa temperaturom 37.8, sad je spala na 37.1. Sta da gutam?
