Uf ... sirac :) Pao mi je napamet, da priznam, ali rek'o ovo sto sam napisao je "osnovni model" i ono ne valja da fali nesto od pomenutog. Bez sira se nekako i mozhe, al' da dodatno cini sve bogatijim, istina je i treba to praktikovati :) Vidim da cemo na sledeci RHH da donesemo lukac i slanincu ;) na gotove cvarke se sipa mleko.. Ali meni su najbolji ovi ol' skul, tj prvi koje je Kole pomenuo. Inace sto se EU tice ne morate da se tripujete pricama koje Kurir plasira kako cemo morati da se odreknemo cvaraka i sljive. Poenta je da ti cvarci nece moci da se prodaju na trzistu EU, jer jednostavno nece moci da dobiju sertifikat posto se fazon posle kilograma pojedenih dobija instant zapusenje aorte. Niko nece braniti ljudima da prave domace cvarke, pa cak i da ih prodaju u nekim domacim radnjama, iz prostog razloga sto je to za internu upotrebu. Bole njih dupe sto se mi medjusobno trujemo holesterolom dok to ne prodajemo kod njih pa i njih trujemo. A sto se Slovenaca i sljivovice i bureka tice, oni ih jesu za sada patentirali da samo oni mogu da ih prodaju na trzistu EU, ali mi kada udjemo u EU mozemo da na sudu dokazemo da su to izvorno nasi proizvodi i da onda samo mi mozemo da ih prodajemo pod tim brendovima. To je recimo Grcka uradila sa feta sirom, iako je neko vec to ranije bio zastitio pre nego sto su oni usli u EU. Jednom sam jeo cvarke sa slaninicom i belim lukom (prijel mi se ta kombinacija) i bilo je skroz OK. Mada su prava stvar cvarci, beli lebac, krupnije secen kiseli kupus sa tucanom paprikomi ko voli rakijica. E to je uzitak. ← too care :) pomenuh u drugom topicu klanje u selu. elem, nejednom zamalo nisam dobio batine, seckamo tako kaisheve i komade sala za chvarke, i ja posto ne volim bas tako skroz masno, skidam salo sa mesa i ono odvalim fino parche mesa da bude u chvarcima, a sine baba, deda, tjale skachu na mene 'aaaaaaaaaaaa sta stavljas to meso, aaaaaaaaaaa' skidaj to :) uglavnom, posle par puta kad im je promaklo i kad su probali, nisu se vise zhalili, takve ja samo i volim, svezhe (ohladjene, ali ne skroz) i da ima malo mesa da zapadne medju zube.
