voodoo_ Posted September 8, 2023 Report Share Posted September 8, 2023 Šta ima ko da odobrava, neko u firmi je dobio task da isporuči Steamu verziju igre posle N godina i sa rokom do sutra, disk verzija ima SecuROM ili tako neki kurac da ne radi bez original CD-a, onaj što je originalno spremao igru za release (uključujući copy protection wrapper oko release EXE-a i pripremu instalacije) verovatno tad nije više ni bio u firmi, source ko zna gde je, uputstvo za buildovanje ko zna da li je ostavljeno (a i ako je ostavljeno, verovatno treba par dana da se podigne celo radno okruženje), ovaj mučenik je pomislio "jebeš ti ovo" i snašao se (ali nije bio dovoljno iskusan da prepiše taj piratski potpis nulama u hex editoru). Ovo je i dalje profesionalnije nego kako je id isporučio Steamu svoje verzije Dooma, Quake-a, Hexena itd pre ovih remastera (sa InstallShield repovima, pogrešno konfigurisanim DOSBox-om i zaostalim testnim .bat fajlovima). Meni je čovek iz Sege pričao kako kad su hteli da izdaju ovu novu Mega Drive Mini konzolu su na kraju kupili jednu igru sa ebay zato što nisu mogli da nađu originalni kertridž u arhivama 🙂 A to su ono kao 42 najpopularnije igre koje su bile za tu konzolu, ko zna šta se desilo sa onima što su propale 🙂 1 Quote Heghlu'meH QaQ jajvam Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Cena na Steamu je i dalje jaka, ali ima na Kinguinu za evro i po, pa verovatno treba uzimati sad (ko voli Quake 1 klonove) dok nije poskupelo (zbog pomenutog izlaska iz EA). https://store.steampowered.com/app/1371690/GRAVEN/ Isti izdavač, isto (napokon) izlazi iz Early Access (u januaru), ima na Kinguinu za oko pet evra. https://store.steampowered.com/app/673130/AMID_EVIL/ Ovo je odavno full igra, letos je izašla i ekspanzija, malo je specifična jer je u pitanju psihodelični Heretic, ali ove visoke ocene nisu za džabe pa ko voli, preporuka - tim pre što na Kinguinu ima za evro i po.
