alfa Posted May 16, 2012 Report Share Posted May 16, 2012 izbacivanje UH je "do jaja" (pod navodnicima je zato sto radi posao, ali nije bas zdravo) za ljude koji hoce da smrsaju bez vezbanja. koliko sam skapirao ti vezbas, tako da ti ne preporucujem izbacivanje UH, posto su ti oni neka vrsta goriva. gledaj da ih ne unosis uvece u bilo kom obliku i gg. ujutru hasaj neke zitarice. u toku dana, pored voca, i povrce, lesnike, bademe i ta sranja, posle treninga razmuti dekstrozu (grozdjani secer), slobodno i neku cokoladicu (najbolje bonzitu :) ), mozes i da kupis neki sportski izotonik da pijes u toku treninga, pij dosta vode... uglavnom, nemoj bezati od UH, pogotovo od navedenih. izbaci random slatkise, a cak i to ne moras skroz, ali moras da budes mnoooogo umeren. nadam se da sam pomogao nesto, ako sam negde pogresio neka me ispravi neko! poe Quote Um caruje, Dundo Maroje! click me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Jedini problem je to sto su meni treninzi uvece, tako da mi se ne isplati da jedem nikakve cokoladice. Najverovatnije cu uzeti dekstrozu posle treninga. Interesuje me, koji je "najbezbolniji" suplement da dobijem malo mase. Ideja mi je da uzimam neku mizernu količinu i da nastavim da treniram po kući/Košutnjaku kao do sada.
