Longleyy Posted May 13, 2012 Report Share Posted May 13, 2012 (edited) Ovde je detaljno opisano: http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_articles.asp?id=621 A prostim recima opisano, to ti je sesija trcanja od recimo u kojoj imas odredjen broj ciklusa, recimo 5 komada. Jedan ciklus ti se sastoji od 3 minuta trcanja, stime da od ta 3 minuta minut trcis sprint, i to maksimalno kolko mozes da ti puls ode na maksimalu, a sledeca dva minuta trcis lagano, maltene s noge na nogu da ti se puls vrati na nekih ~125. To ponovis recimo 5 puta. Sad naravno od stepena kondicije dati parametri se menjaju, ciklus moze da bude 5 minuta, minut sprinta, 4 minuta lagano, a moze da bude i minut-minut ako si car sa 6% BF. :S Ljudi kazu da moze i 2-3 ciklusa, ali moje neko misljenje da tek sa 5 (i vise) ciklusa imas efekta. alfa Posted May 16, 2012 Report Share Posted May 16, 2012 izbacivanje UH je "do jaja" (pod navodnicima je zato sto radi posao, ali nije bas zdravo) za ljude koji hoce da smrsaju bez vezbanja. koliko sam skapirao ti vezbas, tako da ti ne preporucujem izbacivanje UH, posto su ti oni neka vrsta goriva. gledaj da ih ne unosis uvece u bilo kom obliku i gg. ujutru hasaj neke zitarice. u toku dana, pored voca, i povrce, lesnike, bademe i ta sranja, posle treninga razmuti dekstrozu (grozdjani secer), slobodno i neku cokoladicu (najbolje bonzitu :) ), mozes i da kupis neki sportski izotonik da pijes u toku treninga, pij dosta vode... uglavnom, nemoj bezati od UH, pogotovo od navedenih. izbaci random slatkise, a cak i to ne moras skroz, ali moras da budes mnoooogo umeren. nadam se da sam pomogao nesto, ako sam negde pogresio neka me ispravi neko! poe Quote Um caruje, Dundo Maroje! Jedini problem je to sto su meni treninzi uvece, tako da mi se ne isplati da jedem nikakve cokoladice. Najverovatnije cu uzeti dekstrozu posle treninga.
