alfa Posted April 25, 2012 Report Share Posted April 25, 2012 najgore nesto sto moze da ti se desi u teretani... @sLR tesko da ces moci da uvaljas taj otvoren protein nekom koga ne znas, pogotovo za te pare tako da ti je moj savet da nadjes nekoga koga znas ili nekoga iz svoje teretane, ovako mozes da ga uvaljas za 3 soma max i to ako ti neko bas veruje da nisi unutra sipao secer u prahu fazon :D Quote Um caruje, Dundo Maroje! Kapiram da ti nabacivanje mase ide teze, ali to se resava sa jedno +400kcal na postojeci kalorijski suficit koji ide za tvoju kilazu/visinu. paris Posted April 28, 2012 Report Share Posted April 28, 2012 @Ivan: hmmm ako mislis da bi daljoj buducnosti nabacio kilograme i bio punacak gresis jer mi je genetika super, deda cale svi visoki mrsavi, s druge strane, iskreno dopizdi da si mrsav i naravno zelis masu :) @Longleyy: hvala, racunao sam i ja oko 3500 do 4000kcal jer za 24h se potrosi ako se ne varam do 2000kcal da nista ne radis, a uz fizicke aktivnosti juhu... More like 4000,ako hoce suficit od 500kcal.Al' ono,deluje mi kao teski ektomorf,mozda bi morao da pojaca jos,pogotovo zato sto je visok. exile Posted May 5, 2012 Report Share Posted May 5, 2012 Evo prodje godinu dana od kako sam aktivno krenuo da treniram brzo proslo mater mu :) Uglavnom poprilicno sam zadovoljan rezultatima, nabacio sam misicnu masu, skinuo dosta stomaka, ali i smrshao sa 84 na 79 kg sto mi je malo i cudno bilo, ali sad sam se stabilizovao na toliko enihu, da sam imao para za jos bolju suplementaciju a i da sam imao generalno bolju i redovniju ishranu bili bi jos bolji rezultati, ali i ovako ipak mogu da kazem da sam poprilicno zadovoljan. Sve u svemu, ono sto sam naucio i sto sam video kroz razne treninge samo sam potvrdio ono sto ja svima govorim: Trebas KRV DA PROLIJESH da bi dosao do nekih rezulatata. Pogotovu u kasnijim fazama, kada vec krenes da stagniras. Potrosio sam dva puna gainera, sad koristim samo kreatin i proteine, that will do za sada. Dalji ciljevi su skidanje stomaka skroz, evetualno rad na nekoj definiciji ako me ne bude mrzelo Videcemo 5.5.2013 na sta ce sve to da lici, zivo me zanima :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
