jel ima smisla ići rano ujutru u teretanu? Dnevni raspored obaveza mi je baš zajeban, gledam kako da uklopim sve i jedino mi ima smisla da pre posla idem u teretanu.

Pitanje br 2: ako bih radio i kardio vežbe, jel bolje nazmenično raditi tegove jedan dan, trčanje and stuff drugi, itd, ili "svaki dan od svega po malo"?

Ja recimo treniran u 7 ujutru i onda spicim sve obroke dok sam na poslu, posle toga ceo dan slobodan, win win, jer realno ne moze bolje da ti pocne dan od kidanja tegova :)

Kardio ubaci kako tebi odgovara, ako ti je lakse danima kada ne vezbas onda tako i radi.

+1 za vežbanje ujutru, najbolji način da ti počne dan

biće možda malo zajebano na početku jer ćeš biti mnogo umoran, al vremenom ćeš doći u fazu da imaš više energije posle vežbanja nego pre.

Ja sam video dve zanimljive situacije na treningu.

1. Lik koji je isti Dulio na steroidima ... valjao sam se od smeha sam sa sobom jedno 5 minuta. Lik precrtani dule, samo onako debilno nagruvan, biceps mu je kao dve moje noge, ali zato ima stomak, you know the kind :)

2. Lik koji nešto diže 'iljadu kila sav je zajeban i onda mu zvoni telefon i evidentno priča sa ribom koja ga napušava a on u ćiju ćiju glasu "jao pa kako nisi dobila moju poruku pa jao jao rekao sam da idem na trening jao jao" :)
