Lucky Posted February 19, 2008 Report Share Posted February 19, 2008 Ja vishe volim Duvane chvarke Svako ima neko svoje ime :) Duvan chvarci, Duvani cvarci, duvanski cvarci :)) brate, sta je to sprza? Pa ja to nekako uvek najlakshe objasnjavam kao kad bi uzeo duvan cvarke i onako ih sabio jako, da postanu jedna celina zbijena. Ne znam tacno kako bih ti bolje pojasnio, mozda neko ima neku bolju definiciju :) Sprzu sam jeo pre par godina kad sam radio s nekim majstorima i od tada je trazim po gradu i nigde ne mogu da nadjem. Kole Posted February 19, 2008 Report Share Posted February 19, 2008 naravno da mast daje vishe energije nego sto je potrebno za njeno varenje =o) ono sto je interesantno u toj prichi je da je ljudski organizam prilagodjen za metabolisanje masti vishe nego za jednostavne shetjere ili alkohol (koji se metabolishe u jednostavne shetjere) zato iako je "na papiru" energetska vrednost (lol chiste gushchije) masti veca od recimo shetjera ili rakije 100g masti ce manje da ugoji choveka od 100g shetjera ili 100g ne chistog nego 40% alkohola inache , sto se tiche chvaraka old skul dedini chvarci* > duvan > obichni * faktichki obichni chvarci ne ukuvani ko duvan ali ipak osetno duzhe od obichnih i onda se stave u neku "smrt-presu" koja iscedi skoro svu mas' i pretvori ih hrskave plochice...fascinantno dobro inache, ludi nemci prave imaju isto svoju varijaciju (zaboravih ime...seticu se kasnije) gde iscede isto svu mast, onda razdvoje "bistri" od "mutnog" dela masti, bistri ide dalje na industrijsku obradu a oni suvi chvarci se umeshaju u onu mutnu mast i onda je to namaz za na 'leba...nije zdravo, zvuchi ludo, ali da je ukusno uz prave priloge - hell yeah! ;o) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sad, možda će umeti Kole ili neko od dežurnih lekara da nam to pojasni, samo da na kraju ne ispadne kao "dijeta na bazi ananasa" :) nije problem u energiji problem je u vrsti masti, svinjetina ima mnogo triglicerida (losih masti) a druga stvar je sto za varenje masti ne trosis masti.... Shekk Posted February 19, 2008 Report Share Posted February 19, 2008 Pa brate duvan čvarci jer liče na duvan ffs, i do jaja su jer 1) mogu da se jedu kašikom :P 2) mogu da se stave na leba sa kakvim god slanim namazom i da podignu ugođaj za red veličina a o sendvičima da ne govorimo :) Obični čvarci su mnogo više podložni seljačkom skapništvu tj da se ne ocede dobro od masti da bi bili teži tako da kupovna varijanta, kako koji, domaći su yes thx more plox...
