Longleyy Posted January 22, 2008 Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 problem je sto su gaineri sranje, ima brdo zasicenih secera koji goje, malo proteina koji ti trebaju i neke fensi stvari sa fensi imenima napisane zutim slovima da napali masu, koji ti nisu potrebne... Kako da ti objasnim, gaineri su fensi dekstroza od 4000 dinara... Btw ja na trening idem bajsom vozim dosta pa onda kondicioni trening hardcore trcanje,tipa 5 serija po 10 istrcavanja 150 m sprintom uz odmor izmedju serija od minut i po. medolinka Posted January 22, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 ukratko, osim ako ne trcite svaki dan, umerenim tempom, po sat-dva, trcanje je super za skidanje guzice pred letovanje, i kondicija nabijena istim se jako brzo gubi. ne kapiram?? istripovala si za dve tri nedelje cesh moci mnogo mnogo vishe jer se kondicija lako dobija i josh lakshe gubi :) tome se ja i nadam :) medolinka mani se trchanja.. upishi aerobik + iZfrikombinuj neq teretanu.. a u slobodno vreme shetaj.. ada.. kej.. koshutnjak.. aerobik mi je ok ali vise izgubim tamo gde hocu da sacuvam... if u know what i mean :) u najblizoj teretani imam stockera, a mnogo mi vise vremena treba da idem u prvu sledecu. true that... al bash me briga, ako odluchim da brzo hodam. a verovatno netju zbog nedostatka vremena :] i zaboravio da pitam, Medolinka (lol, ovo je poslednji put da te tako nazovem), hotje i Ivana da trchi mozhda? ;] naravno da nece da ustaje ujutru.. :) mada ima sad neki trip - dijeta i ostalo.. sacuvaj boze ako ona hoce da smrsa :) Quote For what I’ve done I start again And whatever pain may come Today this ends I’m forgiving what I’ve done Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ovo prvo razvodnjava želudačnu kiselinu tako da je varenje slabije i želudac izbacuje neprocesiranu hranu dalje, a ovo drugo je brže protera kroz creva (verovatno će se medicinari sada nasmejati grohotom, al tako sam pročitao negde :) ) Naravno, ko pokušava da se ugoji, samo kontru. Sexy_bg Posted January 22, 2008 Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 Prosta racunica, ako samo jedes i nista ne treniras, mozda i odrzis kilazu, ali ako nastavis isto da jedes kao pre, i bavis se nekim sportom, dal je to sad trcanje, setnja od pola sata, teretana ili nesto drugo, jednostavno povecavas potrosnju kalorija a samim tim i mrsavis ( AKO NE POVECAS UNOS HRANE), pitanje je samo cime se bavis, pa ce i rezultati doci vremenom. I bicikl je bolji od pukog trcanja stoker :) klizanje mogu u najboljem slucaju jedanput nedeljno, a rolere staaaalno vozim - kad je lepo vreme i kad imam vremena. kad je skola, ne mogu vise od nekih pola h dnevno da izdvojim, a to mi je malo ka su roshke u pitanju.
