Firma koja outsorsuje it podršku za druge velike firme. Zato što daju najbolje plate za pozicije tehničke podrške. Većina marmena sa rura radi tamo. WuDu Posted February 27, 2015 Report Share Posted February 27, 2015 Radim, ali jos kratko, za NCR, srecom nasao sam pravi posao. NCR = korporacija, sto podrazumeva da je sansa za napredovanje jednaka nuli, gledaju samo svoje interese naravno i kako da maksimalno iskoriste radnika (citaj rumuna). Pare koje nude nisu najbolje za nase uslove, ima sad i drugih firmi koje placaju i vise (mera npr), prvenstveno zato sto svi koji se zaposljavaju u NCR-u su preko Trizme, domaca firma koja jeftino prodaje nasu radnu snagu. Ljudima je receno da ce posle 6 meseci sa trizme preci na NCR sa ugovorom na neodredjeno, sto se naravno vise ne desava, jer drzava vise ne placa one pare koje su obecali NCR-u za svakog zaposlenog (nesto oko 5k eura). Trenutna, smesna, situacija je da ja koji tamo radim 3 meseca, imam vecu platu od likova koji rade tu godinu dana. Iz ovog tima u kom sam, za poslednjih 2 meseca otislo je cetvoro, ukljucujuci i mene. Nezadovoljni ljudi poslom. Konkretno se radi drugi nivo podrske, iako se zvanicno vodimo kao prvi nivo ai placeni smo tako. Posao je toliko zaglupljujuc da nemam reci, telefonska i remote podrska za samousluzne kase za jednu britansku firmu, kojoj su indijci prvi nivo Za nekoga ko nema zelju da se usavrsava ili da napreduje, i dovoljna mu je plata od oko 500e ovo je idealan posao, to stoji, ili kao prelazni posao moze da prodje, dok se ne nadje nesto bolje =) Quote People don't stop playing because they get old, they get old because they stop playing.
