Pa jel vidis ti covek da je rekao da je isao da pita, nije kao da smo majmuni koji se zajebavamo s time da srusimo avion. Mnogo vece sranje od nas moze da napravi golubar koji odluci da u Surcinu pusti svoje ljubimce da se malo protegnu... Elem, gledao sam sad malo i regulativu na sajtu Direktorata za civilno vazduhoplovstvo, koliko ja vidim problem je sto je nasa ideja skroz nedefinisana. Naime svi njihovi dokumenti govore o "vazduhoplovu", koji je po Zakonu o vazdusnom saobracaju: ваздухоплов је свака направа са посадом која лети или се одржава у атмосфери услед реакције ваздуха, осим реакције ваздуха који се одбија од површине земље; S obzirom da ovo nase nema posadu deluje da je neregulisano, sto je samo po sebi budalastina, ali nisam nasao nista drugo. Postoji Pravilnik od drzanju balona i vazdusnih brodova, ali se on opet odnosi samo na vazduhoplove, tj na nesto sto ima posadu... Doduse i direktor tog direktorata je bio sef keteringa, tako da kapiram da je sasvim ok da nema ovoga u zakonima... Zwerko Posted February 1, 2013 Report Share Posted February 1, 2013 Ne leti avion u okolini Surcina na 5-10km visine. Ptice mogu biti mnogo opasne prilikom poletanja i sletanja aviona. Zato sam rekao golubar u Surcinu je mnogo veca pretnja po avio saobracaj od nas, iako je i on potpuno neregulisan propisima.
