Ja imam to isto od basketa :) i lepo ti kazem odes kod pedikira i on ti to sredi jbt ne ide se kod pedikira samo da ti nalakira nokte :) 1 Quote Нема будућности без истине. Isti slucaj se i meni dogadjao u toku svakih kondicionih priprema, nema veze sa obucom nego sa nacinom gazenja i dnevnom kolicinom optereenja stopala. shoocky Posted September 24, 2012 Report Share Posted September 24, 2012 i ja imam taj problem sa grcevima u levom listu, mada iovako imam sjebane vene i losu cirkulaciju pa se ne cudim. Inace ko sto dule rece samo cepaj magnezijum. Mada tu pomaze i trcanje ili bilo koje vezbe koje ce da ti aktiviraju taj list, npr preskakanje vijace.
