Longleyy Posted February 14, 2013 Report Share Posted February 14, 2013 (edited) mass u toku trenutno 88-89kg, ovo je nastavak jer sam pauzirao ceo januar skoro. a pre toga sam fino gazio oko 2 meseca. Atelas Posted February 19, 2013 Report Share Posted February 19, 2013 (edited) Da vas pitam nesto vezano za trbusnjake. Imao sam pre godinu dana operaciju kod dupeta, blizu trticne kosti. Uglavnom boli me kada radim trbusnjake, kupio sam i neku strunjacu kao (moram da probam sa onom ogromnom sto koriste za borilacke vestine) i opet fail. E onda sam poceo da radim na krevetu gde me ne boli, radim ja tako a onda nadjem na internetu da ne treba raditi na krevetu zato sto je mekan, pa ledja propadaju itd. Da li je to istina? Mislite da ne bih trebao da radim na krevetu? Jedino mogu da probam da kupim tu debelu strunjacu (to dodje kao dusek?) ili onu kosu spravu za trbusnjake...
