Ja koji imam 80kg dizem 80kg na benchu sad ko iz pichke, a nekako jedva izbacim i 100kg (jednom), nit pijem te hemijem, niti sam nesto posebno razvijen u rukama. (mada mozda zato sto treniram snagu nonstop). hehehee longli picka ne moze benc :DD a i meni je neobjasnjivo, mada jebe mi se za kolicinu ploca na sipki, daj da se raste :D al ko sto sam rekao, sve ostale vezbe za grudi radim srazmerno kolko se radi kada dizes 100kg+ benc, tako da ajde ok je, ali precicu 100-ku! A i mogu ja 100 2-3 puta,ali mi to nije radna kilaza, ja rad sa odredjenom kilazom racunam kada je 6+ ponavljanja, bez raznih trzanja, zamaha, krivljenja i pripomaganja, znaci 6+ kontrolisanih pokreta koji pogadjaju misic. jasamnepismen Posted January 9, 2012 Report Share Posted January 9, 2012 Svaki put kad sam pochinjao sa vezbanjem posle pauze sam probijao upale. Ili ce tako da me upala drzi 2 dana, ili cu da uradim trening pa da chekam 7 dana da prodje. U njegovom sluchaju ce biti 7 dana sigurno. Znachi, nisam vezbao nijedan trening kao stoka, nego ispod proseka, s tim shto je drugi josh slabiji od prvog i to mi se uvek pokazivalo kao bolje reshenje. Quote .
