paris Posted December 27, 2013 Report Share Posted December 27, 2013 Planiram posle NG da krenem u teretanu, iskljucivo masa, pon-sreda-petak standard ( grudi biceps, ledja triceps, noge ). E sad, jel bi mogao neko ko je vec radio ovaj sistem da mi ispise koliko serija i ponavljanja treba da radim, da li da pocnem sa malim kilazama jedno mesec dva, dok se ne utreniram ili da pocnem odma kao sivonja koliko mogu ? Davno sam isao u teretanu i ne secam se bas detalja + isao sam cisto zbog zezanja sa drugarima + losa ishrana, nepravilno izvodjenje vezbi, odmor itd...Ovog puta planiram ozbiljno da pridjem ovome Nisam guglao jer znam da ovde ima dobrih ljudi koji ce dati neki pametan savet ! Uzimam dymatize elite whey protein i kreatin fuel powder(twinlab) Bice opasan shraf :D I jos nesto, da li da radim mrtvo dizanje, citam sad tu komentare i dvoumim se, visok sam 197cm i jako su mi slabi ledjni misici, ono kontam da ne bih trebao za pocetak ? BakiZ Posted December 27, 2013 Report Share Posted December 27, 2013 (edited) ne vidim sto ne bi radio mrtvo, (mada je normalno da ga se pocetnici plase jer se puno gluposti cuje u teretani), ali ako izvodis pravilno i pazis na formu neces imati problema( naravno ne preteras sa tezinom posto si pocetnik al to bi trebao sam da znas). To e to, zahvalan unapred a ramena?? Naravno da ne treba da kreces kao sivonja a na kraju krajeva i ne mozes se ti bacati na vezbe sa vecim opterecenjem na samom startu jer ces se povrediti. Kreni sa malim opterecenjem mesec dana i postepeno povecavaj stepen opterecenja da ti se misici a pogotovo tetive naviknu na sistem rada. Sto se tice mrtvog dizanja, ja licno tu vezbu izbegavam jer je po meni ta vezba veoma ozbiljna stvar i ako je ne izvodis kako treba moze doci do ozbiljnih problema.
