Zar nije logicno da prvo uvezbas i progresujes, ako ne mozes da preskocis preponu od metar vezbaj kreni sa 30cm pa dalje a oni tamo idu i lome kukove ne razumem koja je poenta... BakiZ Posted January 19, 2015 Report Share Posted January 19, 2015 imao je 3-4 obroka a fazon ne znam iz kog razloga od 10og do 15og minuta sotji 1 te ista slika sa makrosima prvog obroka od 11k kcals otiso trenirao opet zdrao ko svinja i tako jos 2x na 36min pogledaj ima sve makroe a i ide da se meri, dobio 7 kila za taj dan.
