Nagruvas ramena i ledja i saistim procentom masti izgledas fit! Posle budzenja se iseces i postanes awesome! alfa Posted January 23, 2012 Report Share Posted January 23, 2012 moze mrtvo za visoke, ali bez forsiranja velikih kilaza a i ne bih se slozio da su trbusnjaci nepotrebni, samo se oni moraju drugacije raditi, tj ne rade se kao ostale grupe misice broj ponavljanja x broj serija, vec niz vezbi sa sto vise ponavljanja i sto manje odmora izmedju vezbi. to sve treba trajati nekih 15ak minuta ali naravno da jacaju dosta kod onih vezbi sto je longli nabrojao, pogotovo kod zgibova Quote Um caruje, Dundo Maroje! Cela Posted January 23, 2012 Report Share Posted January 23, 2012 ima tu dosta toga , recimo jedan svetski sampion u boksu mi je rekao da kad se spremao za mec za titulu nije radio trbusnjake uopste, nego ih je gadjao dok je radio olimpijsko dizanje tegova - vezbe trzaj i nabacaj.
