i sta gruvas koleno ?:D ne znam zar nije bolje trcati uzbrdo manje opterecenje na zglobove nego nizbrdo

Uzbrdo kada trcis radis na kondiciji. Nizbrdo kada trcis (milim na brzo trcaje a ne na dzoging) radis na ojacavanju noznih misica a najvise butina. Ako neverujete nadjite nekog pa proverite. Meni je to pricao ortak koji se sedam godina bavio atletikom.

mislim da je to vise mentalni trening, da se mislima dovedem u predorgazmicko stanje, i da onda, u dva brza poteza, resim situaciju!

Don't think of understanding as a 'mental process' at all. Rather ask yourself: in what kind of case, under what circumstances do we say "now i can go on".
