faq2 Posted December 7, 2007 Report Share Posted December 7, 2007 Besplatna podela akcija svim gradjanima je jedan od modela privatizacije, to nije nista novo - Crnogorci su imali podelu vaucera(vaucersku privatizaciju), takodje jedan vid privatizacije besplatnom podelom akcija.Prednosti ovakve privatizacije su jednostavnost,egalitarnost(jer se obezbedjuje podjednako ucesce svih gradjana u imovini zemlje), povecava se rejting vlade (blize se izbori :)), transparentnost; dok su mane to sto ne donosi nikakve budzetske prihode zemlji i velika disperzija vlasnistva. Moze drzava da proda te kompanije stranim firmama i da dobije ogromne pare, ali njoj nije u interesu da najvece firme budu u vlasnistvu stranaca jer ce tako izgubiti kontrolu nad imovinom (eksterna privatizacija).Svaki vid privatizacije ima svoje mane i prednosti. Takodje ako se ne varam po zakonu pri svakoj privatizaciji 15% akcija ide gradjanima,a drugih 15% zaposlenima i penzionerima u toj firmi. @dvnitycker da u interesu je zemlje(tj isplati im se) treba da si registrovani gradjanin srbije do juna 2007 i da si punoletan do 1. januara 2008.
