Ovaj Meet Dave mi se cini kao nesto ok, posto je Edi lud, pa ko voli, a ja volim. Transblabla, sto mene nervira ova glumica, ijaoooo, koliko samo. I naravno Burn ce biti totalno ludilo. Jedva cekam. The star, known for his edgy and provocative stand up routines, died of heart failure at a Los Angeles hospital on Sunday. Carlin, who had a long history of heart problems and drug dependency, was admitted to the Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, California earlier that day and passed away in the evening. Carlin rose to fame in the 1960s with appearances on TV programs including The Ed Sullivan Show. He went on to become a regular on U.S. TV and became the first ever host of NBC's famed Saturday Night Live show in 1975. Carlin also appeared in a variety of movie roles and is best known as Rufus from 1989's Bill And Ted's Excellent Adventure. Svako sa iole poznavanja akcionih filmova zna da je Bond izmislio stuntove, i da je jedan od retkih filmova koji i dan danas po tom pitanju ne koristi CGI, a to je dovoljno da se ne moze porediti ni sa jednim filmom!!! The actor, a former drama teacher in Vancouver, became a cult TV figure three times - as the mysterious Major Garland Briggs on Twin Peaks; as General George S. Hammond in sci-fi series Stargate: SG-1 and as Agent Scully's father on The X-Files. Davis also appeared in baseball movie A League Of Their Own and comedy Best In Show. The actor began his career late after serving in Korea, where he became a U.S. Army captain, and studying drama in Illinois, where he earned a master's degree in theatre. The used the degree to embark on a teaching career and quit that to become a full-time actor in the late 1980s. Batman Movie Sends U.S. Theatres Scrambling To Open Doors Tickets for the new Batman movie The Dark Knight are so in demand, movie theatres across America plan to open all night to accommodate filmgoers. The film, which officially opens in the U.S. next week , has sparked a frenzy among American moviegoers, who want to catch a glimpse of Heath Ledger's highly-anticipated performance as The Joker as early as possible. Some movie theatres across the U.S. have added 6am screenings for film fanatics who can't be accommodated at the earlier midnight and 3 am showings. Online ticket vendor Fandango.com reports over 1,500 showings for The Dark Knight have been added to theatre rosters across America. In a recent survey, the website estimated 38 per cent of ticket buyers planned to take time off work to see the superhero flick.
