Kazu bili su po "novu" zdravstvenu knjizicu, trebam i ja da idem, istice mi overa 30. Ok, kazem, sta sve treba Oni su prvo bili u socijalnom, gde su dobili neki obrazac, koji su ispunili i uz koje su morali imati i dva svedoka koji ce to da potpisu. Onda se uz fotokopiju licne karte i radnicke knjizice ide u opstinu gde se sve to overava (uz pomoc svedoka) pa se sve to overeno vraca u socijalno gde se predaje i onda vam oni svecano uruce vasu novu knjizicu. Studenti mogu preko roditelja da se osiguraju, treba potvrda sa fakulteta. Ok, pitam, gde su te nove knjizice, eno ih u kesi na stolu Kao svakom radosnom detetu, kroz glavu mi prodje kako ta knjizica moze da izgleda. Zamislih je u obliku halo kartice sa elektronskim cipom sa strane. Verovatno ima ugravirana i slika, ime i podaci. A cip sadrzi sve podatke, od krvne grupe, vakcina, overe, rekacije na penicilin, poseta lekaru, dijagnoza, prepisanih medikamenata, terapija, ovog onog. Vec videh u tom cipu celu svoju medicinsku istoriju. I onda krenuh da ceprkam po kesi trazeci nase nove moderne knjizice. Napipah nesto i izvukoh. Karton od carapa? ne, pa to je nasa nova zdravstvena knjizica. Nigde cipa, nigde ugravirane slike. U rukama sam drzao onaj karton od carapa, presavijen na tri dela. Na njemu satro neki podaci. Posted January 29, 2007 Report Share Posted January 29, 2007 ma bre muka mi vise da se u ovoj drzavi sve proba zadnjih 7 godina, sve probamo, trudimo se, a nista ne funkcionise kako treba, a na idealnom smo putu za evropu... oooyeah... generalno birokratija se utrostruchila ne samo u zdravstvu neko svuda... chudo smo mi... sto moze jednostavno kad je lepse komplikovano...
