ČETVRTI ŠEŠIR: Crna Gora, Jermenija, Škotska, Finska, Letonija, Vels, Bugarska, Estonija, Belorusija. PETI ŠEŠIR: Island, Severna Irska, Albanija, Litvanija, Moldavija, Makedonija, Azerbejdžan, Gruzija, Kipar. ŠESTI ŠEŠIR: Luksemburg, Kazahstan, Lihtenštajn, Farska ostrva, Malta, Andora, San Marino, Gibraltar Šampionat Evrope, prvi na kojem će učestvovati 24 selekcije, održaće se od 10. juna do 10. jula 2016. godine, a direktan plasman na završni turnir obezbediće devet pobednika grupa, devet drugoplasiranih selekcija i najbolja trećeplasirana reprezentacija.
