fatboy Posted June 18, 2012 Report Share Posted June 18, 2012 (edited) Konacno sam se nakanio da smutim "po receptu" Cezar salatu, Naime, nema nikakve veze sa svima nam poznatim Cezarom, a osmislio ju je Cezar Kardini (Caesar Cardini 1896-1956) Italijan, koji je bio ugostitelj i vlasnik hotela. Ovo je inace moja max uproscena verzija pripreme... Sastojci za 2 osobe 350g piletine - file belo mala glavica zelene salate onaj vec gotov prepechen tost hleb 2 chena belog luka 20 g parmezana 2 kasike pavlake 50 ml majoneza 2 paradajza 2 barena zhumanca pola kasicice senfa sok od pola limuna pola kasicice soli maslinovo ulje 2 kasike 3-4 kasicice Worcestershire sosa 1. Izgrilovati piletinu pa je iseći na stapice (ili lepo kupite file na zharu gotov lol) 2. Tost hleb dobro utrljati sa obe strane sa chenovima belog luka pa onda taj hleb iseci na kockice 3. U tiganju ugrejati malo maslinovog ulja pa ubaciti te kockice hleba nakratko dok isti ne postane krckav... 4. Napraviti dresing tako što u posudu stavite 2 barena zhumanca, pola kasicice senfa i onaj limunov sok, Worcestershire sos, Majonez i Pavlaku i dodavati po malkice maslinovog ulja sve vreme mesajuci da se dobije gusta masa. U to staviti sitno naseckan chen belog luka kao i so i biber po ukusu. 4. U chiniji spojiti piletinu, krutone od hleba, zelenu salatu isecenu na "deblje rezance" koju ste posle pranja osushili papirnim ubrusom i paradajz i to sve posuti parmezanom pa potom preliti dresingom. evgeniy Posted August 22, 2012 Report Share Posted August 22, 2012 (edited) izi staf - Bolonjeze:250gr mlevenog mesa100gr kackavalja500gr(ml?) pasiranog paradajzasargarepaglavica crnog luka2 cena belog lukapersun, biber, so, kasicica seceraspagete / makarone / rezanac / ko sta voli crni luk i sargarepu naseckati sitno i proprziti zajedno sa mesom. meso razbiti sto sitnije moguce, a kad dobije onu belu boju, dodati pasirani paradajz. ja gotivim podravkinu pasatu, jer je gusca u odnosu na tomatino/tomatelo i meni ukusnija. ali je u sustini svejedno. dodati kasicicu secera da razbije kiselinu, biber/so po ukusu, naseckati persun i beli luk i ukrckati jos nekih petnaestak minuta. testeninu skuvati, procediti i ubaciti u tanjir (ya rly), preko staviti sos i narendati malo kackavalja. najjeftiniji (kad pravim varijantu bez mlevenog mesa i kackavalja), najlaksi i najbolji obrok ikada: gej mi je tanjir, znam o/ Edited November 6, 2012 by digrejzö Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Stavio sam prvo nori algu, pa pirinac, na sredinu stavio ABC sir (bilo bi bolje da sam imao Philadelphia sir koji je car svih sireva) i na sir sveze krastavce bez kostica.
