Longleyy Posted February 16, 2010 Report Share Posted February 16, 2010 e jbg, onda uvedes prioritete i tu sa suplementima, vidis da li ti je cilj masa, definicija, snaga, izdrzljivost itd... zatim da li je samo teretana ili jos neki sport i onda uzmes najpotrebnije suplemente... retko ko ima pare za full suplementaciju tj. bar niko koga ja znam... enivej, da ne duzim sada, raspalili smo par strana ko da je teretana topik... Longleyy Posted February 16, 2010 Report Share Posted February 16, 2010 smorio si ti svako jutro sa de ste carevi, i poz i sta ja znam forama, pa ti niko nista ne kaze jer je topik pricajte... ja sam i hteo da prekinemo diskusiju ali me nervira ovo omalovazavanje kada se prica o necemu drugom sto "nije dovoljno urbano" ili necemu sto je nekome "smor tema"... ti brate lepo ne citaj nase postove o teretani ili ignoruj ili sta vec... da sve te postove prodjes, treba 3 puta misem da skrolujes... Longleyy Posted February 16, 2010 Report Share Posted February 16, 2010 poenta je sto je glupo pokretati teretana topik zato sto je neko pitao nesto skroz nebitno kao sto je misljenje o par suplemenata... nije dosao i rekao, napisi mi trening za 4 meseca mase sa ishranom i vezbama, za sta treba tri strane... ako moze da se procita svaki dan sta je 20 ljudi jelo i kako je vrh izblejalo, stvarno ne vidim razlog za toliki hejt sto se na 2 strane topika od 100 strana reklo nesto o teretani a sve u sklopu caskanja, dakle bez potrebe za otvaranjem strucnog topika...
