Odlicna eksplozivnost zgibova od onih stvari samo ne mogu da uradim free handstand push-up ali zato uz zid ide polako (zasad je 5 max) jos kad bi mogli planche push-up da urade. Ko nezna googl i youtube

hiljade i hiljade zgibova, jel ovi vezbaju od 3 godine zivot ili shta.

Za manje od 3 meseca sam uradio svoj prvi muscle-up tako ti se zove ono od 0:20-0:25, nije nista tesko ako oces [|)].

Hoćeš da kažeš da su belci nesposobni da to urade ? Da smo niža rasa ? Rasizam! :P

A naravno da belci nisu nesposobni, ipak , kad gledas one Ruse na olimpijadi/gimnastici, vidis da onuju
