Ja sam recimo danas radio ledja u teretani i kao se smorio i ma ko jebe josh ove 2 serije palim kutji...To nikako , ja isto retko tako postupam. Kada imash radni dan koji se zavrshava u 19.00 (ili josh gore u 20.00), nemash neku zelju posle da se bavish bilo kakvim sportom osim mozda pritiskanjem dugmica na daljinskom TV-a. Nemesis Enforcer Posted August 25, 2005 Report Share Posted August 25, 2005 Hm, pa reche Ivan najbolje je da odaberesh neki sport, moja preporuka recimo Aikido ili Kendo, mnogo je lepshe trenirati neshto shto te zainteresuje :) Po mom iskustvu (radim sklekove od 7. godine skoro svaki dan) sasvim je dovoljna voznja bajka, zgibovi (shipka na gajbi, nisu previshe skupe), sklekovi, trbushnjatzi i eventualno propadanje ako imash neko zgodno mesto u kraju, moz` i na dve stolice. Teretana uglavnom dosadi ali recimo lepo je imati na gajbi klupicu i tegitje. Generalno, uopshte ti ne trebaju tegovi da bi izgledao dobro i bio u formi. Sklekovi su najjacha vezba jer ti se zateze celo telo, dupe, noge, grudi, triceps. Jedino zimi nema voznje bajka, to je malko bedak. Ali mozes recimo kao da chuchnesh (ne do kraja, nego napravish 90 stepeni) pa kolko god da izdrzish. Ne praktikujem chuchnjeve jer imam sjebana kolena, ali bajk je majka za noge... A shto se upale mishica tiche, necesh umreti... Radi koliko mozhesh, dobi upalu mishica, iskuliraj dan-dva i onda cesh moci da radish puno bez problema.
