Both patients—anesthetized and outfitted with breathing tubes—will have their heads locked using metal pins and clamps, and electrodes will be attached to their bodies to monitor brain and heart activity.Next, Spiridonov’s head will be nearly frozen, ultimately reaching 12 to 15 degrees Celsius, which will make him temporarily brain-dead.Doctors will then drain his brain of blood and flush it with a standard surgery solution. A vascular surgeon will loop sleeve-like tubes made of Silastic (a silicone-plastic combination) around the carotid arteries and jugular veins; these tubes will be tightened to stop blood flow and later loosened to allow circulation when the head and new body are connected. Then the two teams, working in concert, will make deep incisions around each patient’s neck and use color-coded markings to note all the muscles in both Spiridonov’s head and that of the donor, to facilitate the reconnection. Kole Posted April 28, 2016 Report Share Posted April 28, 2016 ovo jeste interesantno, ali mngoo bitnije je da ce proces za povezivanje kicmenih stubova nakon "transplantacije", ako se pokaze uspesnim, movi bolje da se koristi za neposredno povredjene ljude tako da im transplantat nece biti potreban (jedini koji bi, tehnicki, imali mogucnost da nesto ucare kod takvis stvari su hiperbogati ljudi koji bi u 80-90oj mogli da "obezbede" mlado i zdravo telo za graftovanje da ih nosi jos par decenija dok mozak/oci/ostalo na glavi ne premase vek trajanja) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Lucky Posted April 28, 2016 Author Report Share Posted April 28, 2016 Meni malo deluje kripi moram priznati ali možda je i zbog toga što je ton čitavog članka takav, nije "naučni" više je "treće oko" ali ne skroz. Kole Posted April 28, 2016 Report Share Posted April 28, 2016 apsolutno, ljudi posle vecih transplantacija tipa ruka, noga i, naravno, srce, cesto imaju utisak da nisu svoji, da "imaju sa sobom deo druge osobe" itd...psiholoski ofc, al nije zanemarivo...eticki gledano, donor je donor, pa dal mu uzeo krv, graft kozhe, bubreg ili celo telo - ista je stvar tj jedine "prepreke" u tom smislu mogu da budu predrasude/religijski stavovi Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Kole Posted May 3, 2016 Report Share Posted May 3, 2016 plox bez projetkovanja sopstvenih problema, plus to te do sada nije sprecavalo ;oP (badum-tsh) ;o)lakse je napraviti metalnu leguru na koju imuni sistem ne reaguje nego tkivo...tj mora mnogo vise stvari da se poklopi nego kod davanja krvi...plus moras da dajes coveku imunosupresive jer poklapanje nikad nije dovoljno dobro (sem ako je donor identicni blizanac), povrh svega toga, ko sto pise u tekstu i sto rekosmo ranije, mnogo je hevi akcija preseci nerve/kicmenu mozdinu (jer sem mozdine treba povezati i nerve koji izlaze iz mozdanog stabla iznad tacke presecanja i idu dalje po telu tipa vagus) i povezati ih ponovo cak i kada je vlastito tkivo u pitanju...kada je transplantat u pitanju verovatnoca za uspeh dramaticno opada...sad ovaj lik prica o secenju nerava nekim super ostrim skalpelom da bi ostecenje nerva prilikom reza bilo minimalno pa da je srastanje olaksano ali sve to...
