Johnn1e Posted May 4, 2013 Report Share Posted May 4, 2013 Ma ne fali joj nista od amino kiselina cini mi se, blizu je granice kompletnog proteina od 100 dok recimo jaje ima taj neki skor od 140 cini mi se... A i dosta se pricalo o tim izoflavonima. Oni u stvari mimikuju funkciju estrogena, tj slabije se vezu za estrogenske receptore od samog estrogena. E sad, neki kazu da postoje slucajevi gde su muskarci dobili ginekomastiju od soje dok dugi govore da ona interfiruje sa vezivanjem prirodnog estrogena te smanjuje njegov prirodan nivo, ko ce ga znati... FATA Posted May 6, 2013 Report Share Posted May 6, 2013 sad sam gledao jutarnji program gde je gostovala zena nutricionista i iznela neke cinjenice koje su mi skroz cudne a ne znam da li lupa samo zato sto je zena ili pak ima nesto iza toga... LM 1. lose je konzumirati voce ujutru za dorucak (razlog naglo podizanje nivoa insulina zbog fruktoze i onda nagli pad istog koji dovodi do osecaja gladi nedugo posle obroka) 2. isto tako voce ne treba jesti posle 18h zbog sporog apsorbovanja (idealno vreme za konzumiranje voca 10-12h par sati posle prvog obroka,) 3. ne treba mesati meso/proteine sa mlecnim proizvodima, zasicene masti sa UH, niti spanac/namirnice bogate gvozdjem sa mlekom (razlog toga je razgradivost od strane kaezina u mlecnim proizvodima *ne znam da li je to samo pomenula za mleko ili mlecne proizvode* gde hranljivost pomenutih namirnica pada za 50%) 4. uz proteine/gvozdje treba jesti namirnice bogate vitaminom C *konkretno je mislila na salate* gde je savetovala da se limun koristi neposredno pred konzumaciju posto ranijom pripremom ili predpripremom vitamin C moze da ispari koliko je ovo tacno/ima smisla? Guest Posted May 6, 2013 Report Share Posted May 6, 2013 drugim rečima, imao si krajnje nesređenu i nekvalitetnu ishranu, pa onda prešao na neki iole uređeni režim, i imao rezultate. to bi se desilo i da si prešao na paleo, IF, kivi dijetu... ne kažem da taj hrono ne šljaka, već samo da tvoj slučaj nije dovoljan dokaz.
