Ja na njemu przim meso bez ulja. @rejvenko meni BMR kalkulator daje 2800 sa 194/90kg, <15% bf, "3 do 5puta nedeljno teretana" opcijama, a moj pravi bmr je 3000, tako da tvoj nije veci(xexueuxe) od 2500 sigurno. FATA Posted April 29, 2013 Report Share Posted April 29, 2013 (edited) haha legit troll is legit :) dzoni ja sam kupovao od pomenutog lika majice i extra je kvalitet, 1200 tada bile ne znam koliko su sada a posle 20+ pranja aplikacija i dalje stoji ko da je juce stampana! @dende ok slazemo se donekle i ja sam u fazonu da jede sta hoce, ali postoji toliko namirnica za koje ljudi tvrde da su "zdrave" a u stvari su u zabludi. a koliko god plazma bila (ne)zdrava 100g na nedelju dana telo nece ni osetiti... Dende Posted May 2, 2013 Report Share Posted May 2, 2013 (edited) Ja sam slusao kada je ovaj lik sto je sad na drzavnom pobedio u apsolutnoj i u svojoj kategoriji pricao kako je navukao 15 kila vode za 1 dan posle takmicenja.Imao je covek 80ak kila suv kao dren,takmicarska forma od 3-4%.Ja nisam mogao da verujem kad sam slusao,kaze da je nije mogao da hoda koliko su ga bolele noge.
