jabre Posted January 27, 2012 Report Share Posted January 27, 2012 Rejz ili neko drugi, ae ostavite neki dobar video tutorial link za cucanj :) nesto kao ovo sto ste ostavili za mrtvo dizanje, ako nije problem. Krenuo sam u teretanu evo 2 meseca i failujem taj cucanj .. napredak nula..numem :( ima samo ona masina sto moze na njoj da se rade i ramena, benc i ostale zaebancije (fiksirana sipka). Hvala! Cela Posted January 27, 2012 Report Share Posted January 27, 2012 (edited) u kom smislu fejlujes ? treba da pazis da ti kolena ne prelaze prste kad se spustas ,treba da ides dupetom dokle mozes nazad, da drzis ledja prava sve vreme , i da stavis nesto pod pete ako imas problem sa ravnotezom (dasku neku , ili tanke ploce od tegova , par cm samo, na sta ces zgaziti petama) . pete u sirini kukova i to je to jel ? Ja ne kontam zasto je ljudima problem ravnoteza kod cucnja,ja sam posle 2-3 serije naucio da drzim ravnotezu.Ja sam za 3 nedelje od 60kg napredovao do 90kg 10-12 ponavljanja,3 serije,minut i po pauza izmedju serija. E i da,NIKAKO nemojte na smitu raditi nista.Smit je tesko smece,ja sam radio cucanj na smitu zato sto teretana nije imala stalak za slobodan tek i kada sam presao na slobodan teg,nisam mogao da verujem koliko je to bolje.Nece mi vise u zivotu pasti na pamet da radim neku vezbu na spravi,osim kanapa za triceps npr. Rejz Posted January 28, 2012 Report Share Posted January 28, 2012 Smith masine su ok za bodybuilder-e koji hoce iskljucivo da izoluju odredjeni misic da im radi, a za nas rekreativce i sl. je jako bitno da radimo sa slobodnim tezinama bas zbog balansiranja tezine kroz stabilizatore. Takodje, sta vam znaci samo aestetika i izgled ako je to u potpunosti ne funkcionalno? Mozes uraditi npr. 200kg squat na smith-u ili militiary press sa svojom tezinom, itd, a onda u RL-u se sagnes nesto da podignes ili treba nesto tesko da preneses malo dalje i sta se onda desi? povreda, nedostatak snaga da se balansira cela tezina jer misici stabilizatori uopste nisu radili, itd... ovo su samo neki banalni primeri.E da, i jos ovaj deo, raditi vecinu vezbi na smith-u jeste neprirodno jer telo nije u pravilnom polozaju dok se izvode te vezbe, pogotovo sto svako ima razlicitu fleksibilnost i ne drze svi tegove u 100% istom polozaju. Rejz Posted January 31, 2012 Report Share Posted January 31, 2012 Kao sto rekoh smith masine imaju svoju svrhu, ali je to jako zanemarljivo i ako postoji mogucnost rada sa slobodnim tegovima onda treba zajebati smith. Na primer cucnjeve nikako ne treba raditi na smith-u jer je ROM na smith-u ocajan i covek moze da se sjebe samo tako. Sve u svemu, ti radi kako ti odgovara, kao i svako drugi.
