Ok ako pod kafa kontas secer koji se stavlja u kafu, ali ako pijes samu ne vidim razlog... Ja svako jutro pijem 300mg kofeina pred teretanu i u toku dana popijem dva kratka espresa. I mahinalno kazem ne kafa posto vecina protein pije sa kreatinom pa sam mahinalno rekao ne kafa posto sa kreatinom ne sme 1-2 kafe nece ponistiti efekat kreatina niti ikako nastetiti. U svim studijama gde se pominju kreatin i kofein naglasava se velike kolicine kofeina, tj kolicina kojih ima u 10 kratih espresa a ko tolko pije ne treba da ga brine oce li mu kreatin raditi posao vec jel mu jetra ziva. Ispao sam retard, napisao jetru misleci na stomak i gastritis od prekomerne kolicine. Ja prvi kazem da kofein ima mnogo pozitivnih efekata. Mene mnogo dobro, daje mi kick i jedem tegove ko kada sam pio shotgun, s tim da je shotgun 50e dva meseca a kofein 800 dinara dva meseca. A jos ja imam staz od 5 godina pijenja 2-3-4 kafe dnevno i pijenja raznih NO-boostera odnosno imam dobru toleranciju na kofein, mogu zamisliti kako sljaka nekog ko generalno ne unosi kofein u sebe, a ako nisi nikada uzimao No i nemas preteranih susreta sa kofeinom, pocni sa 100mg, posto je 5mg/kg telesne tezine gornja granica odnosno posle nje nema poboljsanja performansi samo vrtoglavica, nesvestica i ostala sranja. Na 400mg neki dan sam odradio ledja, trening nekih 50 minuta, za to vreme 5 vezbi po cetiri serije sa 8-12 ponavljanja i kad sam zavrsio nervirao sam se jer nisam uopste bio umoran imao sam osecaj da mogu jos grudi i noge da radim, naravno sutradan sam dobio upale koje su mi stavile do znanja da je trening bio vise nego dobar. Popijem 1 pre treninga i jednu na pola treninga Natrol? Taj pijem i ja od pre par dana, mislim kofein ko kofein, los mi je samo zbog nemogucnosti preciznog doziaranja, mnogo su gotivniji ovi sto daju po 100mg tablete. BOlje popij dve pre treninga po mom misljenju, tabletama treba 30-45 min da pocnu da deluju a kapiram da tada vec zavrsis trening.(pricam za ovu drugu) Ja popijem dve u 7 cim ustanem, taman oko pola 8-8 pocnu da sljakaju i onda jedem, posto treba uzimati na prazan stomak.
