Guest Posted October 17, 2011 Report Share Posted October 17, 2011 furam godinu dana p90x treninge, imaš vajn o rezultatima na teretana topiksu :) znači ne radim p90x program (koji traje tri meseca jelte) već pojedinačne treninge nekim tempom koji mi je podnošljiv. otprilike ovako: jedan dan snaga, drugi dan neki kardio, pa dan pauze. npr: chest&back+ab ripper, core synergistics, pauza, legs&back, shoulders&arms, pauza, pa opet od početka. treninge snage radim sa manjim težinama i velikim brojem ponavljanja (15 ili više). snage i izdržljivosti imam kao nikad u životu (odradim p90x, uzmem bajs i vozim 40 km uključujući uspon uz kneza višeslava, dođem gajbi i ne umrem odmah), mišiće sam zategao i ožilavio, skinuo sam oko 10 kg sala al poslednjih 5 ne mogu evo već 3-4 meseca. kapiram da bih morao da se hranim pipetom da bih to postigao. :( od opreme imam sledeće: - vratilo, ono za štok - bučice 2x15kg, al najviše što stavljam je 10kg, ne mogu više kad radim 15 ponavljanja - podloga za jogu (one obične su go kurac jer se klizaju, obavezno uzmi ovu za jogu), ima u ideji za oko 600 dinara :D - šipke za sklekove fali mi još jedan par šipki za bučice, da bih imao dve različite težine spremne, a ne da stalno odvrćem i zavrćem. umesto njih može i tuber, mada je skuplji, al mislim da je kul stvar. Lucky Posted October 18, 2011 Report Share Posted October 18, 2011 Mene tu najvise ubija sto ode 2 sata svaki dan na vezbe, abs i tusiranje...sva tazajebancija svaki dan 2 sata...Realno to je za nekog ko bas ima slobodno vremena... realno i nije, sve je do organizacije. Ne odnosi se ovo samo na treninge već i na čitanje knjiga, ne znam, učenje jezika. Kad se potrudiš nađeš ta dva sata, niko nije TOLIKO zauzet. Kal1mero Posted October 18, 2011 Report Share Posted October 18, 2011 poenta vezbanja kuci jeste da potrosis manje vremena nego kad kad bi isao u teretanu :) mada ovde kad krenu da nabrajaju sta im sve spada pod trening tipa oblacenje za teretanu pa peskir pa rad u teretani tusiranje jelo posle teretane odmor posle teretane :D ispade da ti treba 7 sati za vezbanje :) elem ja bih se upucao da mi trening kuci traje 2 sata :D Quote Нема будућности без истине.
