MaudDib Posted January 22, 2008 Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 proshle godine u ovo vreme mi je bio poslednje nakanjivanje za trchanje, mada je u planu i ove godine. trchao sam na keju, svaki dan pon do pet. pocheo sam horor (ono 700m) dok se plutja nisu navikla, a pri kraju sam sabijao (~8km). odlichna je stvar al je kod mene problem shto sve posle odredjenog vremena smori .. tj onda kad osetim da je rutina. zato treba kombinovati. millanče Posted January 22, 2008 Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 poceo sam skoro opet, vucem se po dva kilometra (7-8 krugova unutar fudbalskog terena) jer me zezaju noge (a, zanimljivo, imam vazduha da izdrzim mnogo vise, sto je pre bio veci problem), malo sam dobio kilaze, a nisam se kretao celu zimu. Pre sam u proseku isao oko 6-8 km (20-25 krugova), i cenim da cu za par nedelja, ako posluzi vreme, doci na tu formu. Najvise sam izvukao 35 krugova, tj. ~11km, ne znam koji mi bio djavo:-) i konacno, s obzirom na kilograme viska i krajnje nepogodne fizicke predispozicije za trcanje, mogu samo da ti kazem da ako ja mogu, moze svako, samo treba biti uporan:-) Quote OPTIMIZADO PARA EL NERVIO ÓPTICO HUMANO Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

MaudDib Posted January 22, 2008 Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 ma nije toliko u distanci nego shto je prvih 5 dana bilo, krenem 150m, bacim peglu, 150m vrti mi se u glavi, sednem 20 minuta da iskuliram i onda tempom puzha odradim josh 400m .. al jebiga nisam ni ochekivao da (sobzirom na sve) tje biti drugachije :) realno ako trchish 3-4x nedeljno ne morash da trchish vishe od 3-4km, naravno ako ti je to trchanje zarad kondicije. urgh Posted January 22, 2008 Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 mislim 400, pa to ej ono bolje da si hodala 1km, isti qrac. kondicije se ne nabija tako shto cesh shprintati pa koliko mozesh. aj cile, mislim on shipu i sve, kontam da mu je to bio najveci prob u startu i da mu ej zato pozlilo ali medolinka, koje je tvoje opravdanje:) kazesh sebi prvi dan pretracu 3 km, pa lagano, ako cenish da ne mozesh vishe odshetaj ostatak, sledeci dan opet, posle 5 dana cesh istrchati sve onda mozesh da krenesh da povecavash razdaljinu, a potom i tempo. Guest Posted January 22, 2008 Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 pretpostavljam da ti je cilj da bolje izgledaš, a ne da imaš bog zna kakvu aerobnu kondiciju, pa bih ti preporučio kombinaciju brzog hodanja, stepera i teretane. jeste super osećaj kad trčiš, ali za fizički izgled žene nije baš pogodno.
