RaveN Posted November 23, 2006 Report Share Posted November 23, 2006 ja moram da priznam da mi zdrava ishrana najtezhe pada hranim se slicno kao longley muku muchim sa belim mesom koje ne mogu da jedem kuvano pa ga przhim a to nije dobro za moju definiciju :] inache obrok mi je najcheshce belo meso + neka salata [ krastavci, kupus , paprika ] + ella posni sir ... takodje ne mogu da jedem bez hleba pa uzmem krishku nekog integralnog dijet obogacenog proteinima :] naravno treba imati 5-6 obroka shto je praktichno nemoguce pa u medjuvremenu uzmem neko voce [ jabuka, krushka, nikako banana :] od technosti dosta vode, nekad napravim multivitu, onaj somboledov vocni jogurt, kad zagusti cola light, i naravno preporuka svima zeleni chaj ... 2 dana teretana pa jedan dan 1h blagog cardia [ trchanje ] godinu dana sam eksperimentisao i ova kombinacija ishrane+treninga mi je najbolja da se samoiscrpljujem i da brojim svaku kaloriju ne mogu i necu e i da dodam svima preporuchujem trchanje :] ali ne na traci nego lepo negde na "chistom" vazduhu u nekoj shumi, parku i slichno ... najbolje topi salo a i chovek se posle oseca mnogo bolje ;] Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted November 23, 2006 Report Share Posted November 23, 2006 meni je smor što sa mojim zglobovima ne mogu da trčim (povređivao sam skočne zglobove pedeset puta, dovoljno je da stanem na kamen, blabla). ubi me ovaj sobni bajs u teretani. a imam u kraju baš lepih mesta za trčanje..
