Longleyy Posted November 12, 2006 Report Share Posted November 12, 2006 (edited) Pa naravno , to ti je veoma bitan "pomagac" u unosenju dovoljn o proteina , zamisli kad bi mora svaki dan samo hranom da uneses 250gr proteina , da se raspadnes od jedenja... A ako nemas kesh , kupish taj protein i najbitnije je da ga uzimash odmah posle treninga , a ovo ostalo nadoknadish ishranom.Posle treninga uzmesh dve merice , to ti dodje oko 50gr proteina i onda posle pola sata-45min , jedesh ko stoka , ali kvalitetno. Uopste za sve koji finansijski losije stoje , najbitnije je posle treninga jesti dobar i kvalitetan obrok , a za ovo ostalo se potruditi koliko se moze , jer posle treninga najvaznije je nahraniti misice kako bi oni rasli... Lucky Posted November 12, 2006 Report Share Posted November 12, 2006 Nikako , dajem babi , njoj treba za pite/gibanice/kolace i josh neke stvari :). dobro je, u tom slucaju imas dozvolu da nastavis sa svojim rezimom ishrane ;)) a oko citave ove price, mislim, tacno je sve sta longly prica, ali generalno, sto se tice jedenja, najbolje je jesti onoliko da ti bude dovoljno da ne budes gladan, a ne jesti da bi pojeo sto vise. Covek se iznenadi koliko mu je dovoljno a koliko zapravo trpa jer su mu gladne oci ;) Ja recimo volim da pojedem dobru pljedzu, ali zato mi cesto mnogo vise prija tunjevina + sir + salata ili pirinac + soja sos ili bilo sta poliveno kechapom (da, i stari djon ;)). No glavni problem je zaista vreme ... voleo bih da imam vremena da svaki dan napravim nesto drugo, al' kad nemas zhderesh ono sto najbrzhe mozes da "do'vatis". Ove sam ja probao pa mogu da ti kazem , neces pogresiti ni ako uzems Labrada pro v60 i EAS 100% whey. Firme kojih treba da se klonish su Biotech , American Muscle , Cytogen , Scitec Nutrition i svih tih , "malo koshta - puno dobijesh" varijanti. najbolje je jesti onoliko da ti bude dovoljno da ne budes gladan, a ne jesti da bi pojeo sto vise. To je ako oces da smrsas , ali ako oces misicnu masu treba jesti sto vishe.Naravno ne pljeskavica , pizza i tako toga nego dobre hrane ;) Zacudio bi se , ali mase koja oce da se ugoji , skoro da ih ima vishe od ove sto hoce da smrsa.Samo sto oni kad kazu da oce da se ugoje , misle na misice , a posto ne znaju , jedu samo sto vishe i to raznih gluposti ,misleci da ce uraditi nesto :( Recimo standard glupav savet je da ako oces misice jedes mlevenu plazmu sa mlekom i ostale nebuloze... Kupi i sejker da muckas , stavish dva dozera proteina i bilo bi dobro dekstroze jedno 50-60gr (ovo je jeftino 150din 1kg , imash u svakoj radnji zdrave hrane a sigurno i tu gde ces nabaviti protein) , sve to u 5-7dl vode , dobro smuckas i popijesh :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
