Oficijelni sajt filma je na http://www.transformersmovie.com. Film režira Michael Bay, čime i nisam preterano oduševljen (čitaj. očekujem shit od filma), a u produkciju je umešan stanoviti Mr Spielberg. Nemojte da očekujete da vaši ljubimci iz detinjstva izgledaju baš onako kako ste ih zapamtili (npr. Bumbelbee će biti Chevrolet Camaro, a Ratchet će biti Search and Rescue Humwee), ali Optimusu će glas pozajmljivati isti glumac kao u svim crtanim serijalima.
