(57) iz Republike Srbije, jer je prilikom akcijske kontrole utvrđeno je da je nastupao u ugostiteljskom objektu u Kavadarcima bez potrebne dozvole. Protiv Lukasa je podneta prekršajna prijava po članu 217. stav 1. tačka 2. Zakona o strancima Severne Makedonije, a osnovni sud u Kavadarcima ga je kaznio novčanom kaznom.
