Sebi sam nesto pre par meseci racunao po ovim formulama http://www.weightrainer.net/potential.html i sa mojih 194cm na 10%bf mi je 97.nesto kila bilo cini mi se... Dende Posted July 7, 2014 Report Share Posted July 7, 2014 Jesam,kosarkom 4-5 godina,ali to slabo ima veze sa teretanom.Trenirao sam plivanje od 1. do 5. osnovne,verovatno sam zbog toga i porastao jer unazad 3-4 kolena sam najvisi na obe strane porodice. Jeste,prosle godine u ovo vreme sam bio skoro isti,razliku primetim samo ja i to su sitnice,tako da mislim da je to stvarno moj genetski maksimum.Primera radi,kada sam masovao zimus imao sam 111-112kg koliko god da sam jeo,znaci vise od toga naturalno ne mogu imati,a posle definicije to spadne na 99-101 i to bi bilo to.Sad mi je cilj da dobijem misicnu gustinu i eventualno popravim neke particije,ali to je projekcija na nivou 3-4 godine. Maksimalno ikada sam dizao 185x3 cucanj,210x1 mrtvo i 132.5x1 benc,35kgx3 siroki zgib kad sam radio snagu.Sad mogu mozda 80-85% od toga,ali trenutno ne radim 1RM nego kruzni trening za vise particija,ali nekad volim da oprzim malo i 1-3RM ;) Genetski maksimum nikad neces znati koliki je dok ga ne dostignes,ali to ti je otprilike to,zavisi mnogo od konstitutucije.Ja sam oduvek nekako bio tezi nego sto sam izgledao,mozda zato sto imam jake noge,ne znam. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dende Posted July 7, 2014 Report Share Posted July 7, 2014 Koliko okvirno imas masti?Nesto mi mnogo deluje 10kg misica vise :) Ja sam "buknuo" kad sam uradio 3m mase + 5 nedelja snage + 3m mase.Posle toga sam uradio lagano definiciju 8 nedelja i cista razlika je bila 4.8kg,na jos manjem procentu masti.Ove godine sam dobio mozda 0.5kg misica i to uglavnom gledano po slikama i obimima,tako da vrlo verovatno je da sam dostigao svoj genetski potencijal. Mada kad uzmem u obzir koliko sam gluposti radio na pocetku i pauzirao zbog povreda to je to verovatno.. Medjutim, nabacio sam malo masnoce koje zelim da se otarasim kako bi misici dosli do izrazaja, a da pritom i misici napreduju. Spreman sam na radikalni rezim ishrane, tako da zelim par saveta vezanih za ishranu.
