Coko, jel onaj tvoj trening saglasan sa ovim što priča? nisam gledao, al pretpostavljam da prica o rotatorima ramena koje bi trebalo da odradis posle svakog treninga grudi i ramena. Ima mali milion vezbi i uglavnom se radi sa neki bednim kilazama (2-3 kile). I naravno zadnje rame nikako ne zapostavljati edit: da to je to.
