Na saslushanju su "ustanovili" da emailovi ne sadrze obaveno upozorenje za pravne posledice ukoliko ne prestane sa downloadom "ilegalnih fajlova". A OBB tvrdi da su mailovi fake. lol Lika su pustili , i samo mu izbrisali filmove sa kompa. Normalno nisu mogli da ga osude, ISP nema pravo da odluchuje da li je to shto skidash sa neta legalno ili ilegalno, a ni da sniffuje pakete koje skidash. Ni u Engleskoj, a ni ovde. Eto , ima gorih i od nas. Force Posted August 21, 2007 Report Share Posted August 21, 2007 Vesti Povećanje brzine ADL paketa Od 1. septembra se postojeći ADL paketi zamenjuju novim, bržim paketima bez ikakvih dodatnih troškova i plaćanja za korisnike. Brzine se manjaju na sledeći način: Paketi brzine 256/64 dobijaju brzinu 512/64 Paketi brzine 512/128 dobijaju brzinu 1024/128 Paketi brzine 768/192 dobijaju brzinu 1536/192 Promena brzine će biti obavljena za sve postojeće korisnike. S obzirom da je u pitanju veoma obimna akcija (SezamPro ima ukupno 20.000 portova na oko 300 centrala u Srbiji) predviđeno je da cela operacija potraje do 10. septembra kada bi i poslednji korisnik trebalo da dobije veću brzinu na ADL-u. Shto znachi da je dupliran protok generalno i provajderima i dsl korisnicima po istoj ceni tj do sada je cena mbita bila oko 200e ja mislim a sad je 2mbita 200e etc etc. Tako da sbb koji platja telekomu internet link ima svaku mogucnost da duplira brzine interneta svojim korisnicima po istoj ceni jer ce i njima biti dupliran link za iste pare osim ako nisu glupi i bezobrazni pa zhele da uzmu sad malo vise para i da izgube korisnike. Dupliran link za iste pare ne moze da da jer telekom je povecao downstream a ne ukupan link A za Sbb se zna da ne misli na korisnike vec im je zelja da na brizinu umu koliko god je moguce para. mohican Posted August 28, 2007 Report Share Posted August 28, 2007 Protok downloada, a ne i uploada je dupliran na adslu verovatno zato sto infrastruktura ne mozhe bolje, a protok na optickim linkovima preko kojih provajderi kupuju net od telekoma je dupliran i za download i za upload po istoj ceni. Mislim da cak telekom u provajderskoj ponudi nema uopste asinhronu varijantu. Stoga sbb ima svaku mogucnost da duplira i up i down ako im infrastruktura dozvoljava, a druga stvar je sto to nece uraditi jer nema potrebe i taj visak uploada se moze iskoristiti na druge nacine.
