Roki Posted October 16, 2006 Report Share Posted October 16, 2006 Zelim kod kuce da namestim sipke za te vezbe,pa posto sam trazio po internetu,ali neuspesno,a nisam imao prilike da licno izmerim,treba mi pomoc a to je ako neko mozda zna kojeg precnika sipke treba da budu za razboj (propadanje) i vratilo (zgibovi) i na koju visinu da postavim vratilo a na koje rastojanje sipke za razboj? Longleyy Posted October 18, 2006 Report Share Posted October 18, 2006 (edited) Svaka teretane ima svoje bench/biceps likove i oni su mi veoma dragi , samo sto izgledaju ko kurac. Realno 1.dan - Grudi + trbusnjaci 2.dan - Ledja 3.dan - pauza 4.dan - komplet ruke (izuzev ramena) + trbusnjaci 5.dan - ramena 6.dan - pauza 7.dan - noge + trbusnjaci (mada je trbusnjake dovoljno i 2x) Josh ubacis , u recimo 2,4,5 dan kardio od 20 minuta i uz pravilnu ishranu za dva meseca da vidish :) realno samo sklekovi, trbushnjaci i trchanje/plivanje svakog dana ftw! samo shto treba uci u rutinu. Uglavnom , probao sam superserije i vec posle mesec dana video sam fantasticne rezultate i ne vidim razlog zasto bih prestao , kad imam dovoljno snage da izdrzim takav trening i pritom pravilno odradim sva ponavljanja i setove.Takodje PUMP koji osetis je nesto najbolje :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
