iguana Posted October 22, 2007 Report Share Posted October 22, 2007 ja mogu da stavim slaninu u meso, ali i da stavim meso oko slanine ili kackavalja, tako da jeste isto filovano i rolovano kod vecine rostilja. Guest Posted October 22, 2007 Report Share Posted October 22, 2007 kakva sad gurmanska? gurmanska je ono kada u smešu za pljeskavicu ubace papriku, slaninu, sir i još sto čuda, pa tako ispeku. punjena i filovana su kada između dva sloja mlevenog mesa imaš sir, šunku, slaninu i šta već, a rolovana je kada je mleveno meso obmotano slaninom. Lucky Posted October 22, 2007 Report Share Posted October 22, 2007 tako da jeste isto filovano i rolovano kod vecine rostilj Daj igi nemoj zezati, pravis valjda razliku izmedju necega sto je FIL i necega sto je ROL :) jasne su prilicno te dve reci. Po meni rolovano nikad ne mozhe biti isto sto i filovano... U sustini samo se cevap moze rolovati ali to nije sprecavalo nikoga do sada da imenuje kako hoce pri cemu nemojte zaboraviti da se mozhe rolovati i belo meso ili moje omiljeno - dziga liga piletja :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
MaudDib Posted October 22, 2007 Report Share Posted October 22, 2007 shpikovati znachi ispunjavati meso komaditjima slanine, znachi da je ubacheno u meso. ne oko njega, ne izmedju sendvicha dva parcheta mesa, nego u meso. jedino u bgu shto ima slaninu u mesu pljeskavice je gurmanska. inache malo je glupo korisiti izraz shpikovati za hasove u lepinji jel se to koristi uglavnom za pechenja tj. vetje komade (ne mlevenog) mesa. prota_ Posted October 22, 2007 Report Share Posted October 22, 2007 I kod nas ima punjena , i nije isto kao shpikovana , jer u shkpikovanoj ima kachkavalj i slaninica , a u filovanoj ima josh nekih dodataka , chini mi se chak 2 vrste sira , nisam siguran , i nzm shta josh .
