Guest Posted February 12, 2006 Report Share Posted February 12, 2006 (edited) ja se ne secam kad sa lego "normalno" i ustao isto tako.... sinoc sam ustao u 01:00 ;) btw. desavalo mi se da ne vidim sunce po nedelju/dve....izblejim celu noc i onda gajbi da spavam,ustanem oko 19-20:00 kad vec pada mrak i tako u krug:) inace rekord mi je 7dana ....posle toga je vec zajebano.... *halucinacije itd*... Jedino mrzim što mi treba mnogo sati sna.8 sati mi je premalo a ne mogu rano da legnem tako da kada sam prva smena ne gine mi da prespavam neki čas. Ustanovljeno je da je mozgu potreban san, misicima i ostalim organima ne treba ... ← najjace...da vidis kako je posle tri dana ne spavanja...pocnes da se treses kocis mucas...klecaju ti kolena...grozota. i onda kad zaspis...GOTOVO. nema dizanja bar 12 sati. ko da si umro... MaudDib Posted February 12, 2006 Report Share Posted February 12, 2006 imao sam razne periode .. spavanje od 2h, spavanje 18h, lezanje u 6-7h ujutru, ustajanje u 17-18h sada sam se vratio u neku relativnu normalu (legnem u 02:30-03) sem shto spavam malo duze (8h) nauchno je utvrdjeno da najzdraviji san je onaj od 7h znachi ni minut ispod ni minut iznad .. a vreme spavanja .. pa interval od 23-09 najosnovnije je da ako ne mozesh da spavash da se ne silish da spavash, znachi da ono lezish u krevetu sa ugashenim svetlima i prevrcesh se jel onda nikada necesh zaspati. bolje upali tv ili uzmi chitaj neshto pa ako osetish da mozesh probaj ponovo .. od lekova da bi ranije zaspali pomaze: fizichka aktivnost (al ne 3h pred spavanje) znachi ono uzmesh trchish oko zgrade, radish sklekove, propadanja i sl; toplo mleko sa medom; sex iliti drkanje; neko opushteno chitanje; opushteno neshto na tvu; lexilum ili bendzos ... u kranjem sluchaju (ovo pogotovo vazi ako ti je poremecen bioritam, a samim tim i vreme spavanja) budilnik .. znachi tempiraj prvo vreme budjenja za npr 09h .. ma kad si zaspao da se probudish u to vreme, ako nisi spavao tim bolje .. posle jedno nedelju dve ove terapije organizam ce ti se vratiti u normalu i spavacesh bash koliko ti treba do 09h jel cesh padati u odredjeno vreme u komu, a budilnik ce te buditi kad treba .. posle josh jedno nedelju dana mozesh da izbacish i budilnik jel cesh se vec automatski buditi u dogovoreno vreme cigare, gudra i alkohol nikako pred spavanje jel loshe utichu na san .. mozda cesh ti spavati vremenski koliko treba al kvalitet tog sna ce biti nikakav Quote • crno nam se piše • belo nam se šmrče • mind over matter • jebo sam vam mater Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dodjem kuci, umijem se, ocesljam, obucem caletovu prugastu pidazmu, sredim sobu, provetrim, zategnem krevet ko zastavnik, protresem jorgan, opet se umijem, provetrim i jastuk, i lepo legnem i sanjam pcelice i livade. Sheyn Posted February 12, 2006 Report Share Posted February 12, 2006 tu i tamo .. moram da priznam ... mesecarim :))) i jutros kad sam dosla kuci u 4 desilo mi se .. i probudila sam se jer sam stajala na hladnom parketu , ali sve je trajalo nekih minut-dva :) a ovako ... budim se u toku noci samo kada sam zabrinuta za nesto.. imam neki ispit sutradan .. ili tako nesto.. u svakom slucaju , kada mi mozak radi 100 na sat ... ali imam svoje "lekove" za to .. zamisljam neke gluposti i uhvati me san :) Quote step in my transporter , so I can teleport ya,all around my heavenly body..
