Leonardo DyStopio Posted May 19, 2014 Report Share Posted May 19, 2014 PHP smara kad surfujem preko mobilne mreze, ne dozvoljava da se otvore neke strane i citavi sajtovi sa celog spektra IP adresa MTS Telekoma, daje Error 403. Video sam na njihovom sajtu da se adrese blacklistuju jer ih neko koristi za spam, dictionary attack i sl i zasere uslugu svim ostalim korisnicima kojima treba web.
