Pa,malo sam bolji od prosle godine,a od one tamo mnogo bolji.Krenuo sam drugog januara 2012. u teros i idem u kontinuitetu od tada... @Tofz: Ovi steznici su golo govno,ja sam potrosio 2 para za par meseci.Vrlo brzo se deformisu i povrsina koja steze zglob se skupi i ispadne kao da si zavezao kanap oko zgloba koji sprecava krv da cirkulise do sake i nazad Bolje uzmi neke druge,bilo koje samo da nisu Biotech,Pansportovi su meni radili posao i Lamasport isto.Inace,ako vec koristite ove steznike,stegnite ih 10ak sekundi pre serije i odmah razvezite kad zavrsite seriju ofc Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dende Posted June 28, 2014 Report Share Posted June 28, 2014 (edited) @Tofz: Ma vazi,nema frke,nego gledam bolje je coveku da potrosi 20-30% vise para a da dobije steznike koji se nece iskezeciti posle tri treninga : ) @BakiSaN: E pa,zavisi koliko ih koristis,mozes ih "srediti" za jedan trening,a moze potrajati i neko vreme ako ih koristis za par serija nedeljno Protein nikad ne mozes da "dzaba trosis",mada meni je generalno upotreba suplemenata bez regulisane ishrane,treninga i definisanog cilja bacanje para. Ja ga pijem posle treninga jednu mericu i to je to,ponekad malo umesam u nesto sto pravim,ali sa protein mozes na mali milion nacina da iskoristis.Pricam o whey isolate proteinu (80%+ sadrzaj proteina),a postoji i blend koji se bolje mesa,kudikamo je ukusniji,ali ima manje proteina i on je iz nekoliko izvora (uglavnom ogromna vecina iz GMO soje pa onda albumin jaja i izolat surutke,nekad i kazeina),tako da je po meni teski shit.
